We list venues across Delhi NCR and Jaipur, and are expanding to more cities. Use the city selector to switch.
Do I need an account to enquire?+
No, you can enquire as a guest. Creating an account lets you track enquiries and save a shortlist.
How do I shortlist venues?+
Tap “Save” on any venue to add it to your shortlist, which you can revisit from your dashboard.
Can I compare venues side by side?+
Yes — add venues to your shortlist and use the compare view to see pricing, capacity and amenities together.
How are venues verified?+
Listings marked “Verified” have had their contact and ownership details confirmed by our team.
How recent is the pricing shown?+
Prices are indicative per-plate figures kept current against market data; the venue confirms the final quote.
How do I send an enquiry to a venue?+
Open a venue page and use the enquiry form to share your date, guest count and requirements. The venue replies directly.
How quickly will a venue respond?+
Most venues respond within a few hours. You’ll be notified by email, SMS or WhatsApp based on your preferences.
Can I request a quotation?+
Yes. Use “Request quote” on the venue page to get an itemised estimate based on your menu and guest count.
Can I ask for a callback?+
Yes — choose “Callback” on the enquiry form and pick a preferred time.
How do I contact the venue directly?+
Verified venues show a phone number and a WhatsApp button on the listing once you open the enquiry card.
Can I enquire to multiple venues at once?+
Send separate enquiries to each shortlisted venue so every venue gets your exact requirements.
Will my contact details be shared with anyone else?+
Your details are shared only with the venue you enquire to, to respond to your request.
How far ahead should I enquire?+
For peak season (Nov–Feb) enquire 4–6 months ahead; off-season, 1–3 months is usually fine.
What does per-plate pricing include?+
Typically the food menu and basic service. Taxes, décor, rentals and beverages are usually extra — confirm with the venue.
Is GST charged on venue bills?+
Yes, wedding venue services attract 18% GST, shown separately on the invoice.
How much advance is needed to book?+
Most venues take 20–50% as advance to block the date, with the balance closer to the event.
Are prices negotiable?+
Often yes, especially off-season or for larger guest counts. Ask about packages and inclusions.
What is the difference between rental and per-plate?+
Rental is a flat hall charge; per-plate is priced by guest count. Some venues combine both.
Are there cheaper dates or seasons?+
Weekdays and off-season months (Mar–Sep, excluding key dates) are usually 20–40% cheaper.
Do venues charge a décor minimum?+
Some do — a minimum spend on in-house or empanelled décor. Ask before signing.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Most accept bank transfer, UPI, cards and cheque. Confirm with the specific venue.
Can I bring an outside caterer?+
Some venues allow outside catering (sometimes with a royalty/corkage); many are in-house only. Check the listing.
Do venues offer vegetarian and Jain menus?+
Yes, most offer veg, non-veg and Jain/sattvic options. Specify your needs when enquiring.
Can we do a food tasting before booking?+

How many dishes are typical in a wedding menu?+

What is the typical cancellation policy?+
Policies vary — advances are often partly or fully non-refundable closer to the date. Read the contract.

Will I get my advance back if I cancel?+
